Jump into epic myths, leap into legends, and dance into daring literary adventures with Asolo Rep this summer! Artistic Adventures introduces students to storytelling structures and drama skills as they bring stories and characters to life.
Words to describe these camps: imaginative, discovery-driven, collaborative, literacy-based, creative problem solving, fun and active.
These camps are for 8-10 year olds who:
- love using their imaginations.
- have a dramatic side.
- enjoy acting out stories.
- want to learn something new.
All Artistic Adventures camps begin with a book. Participants do not need to be familiar with the source material to enjoy a camp.
Each week of Artistic Adventures begins something new and exciting. Campers will respond to the theme, explore different stories, and learn new skills through theatre exercises, games, and activities. You won't be bored--join us for one week or for more!
